Baked Lemon Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb and 1/2 Farm raise fresh Salmon

  • 4 tblsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tblsp lemon pepper

  • 1 tblsp parley flakes

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 farenheight


  1. Warm the unsalted butter in a microwave to become liquid then set a side a little liquid butter for number 4


  1. On the other side, combine the lemon juice, lemon pepper, parsley and unsalted butter and mix them together.


  1. Put a foil in a pan and rub the a little unsalted butter into the foil to prevent the salmon skin not stick on it, then put the salmon fish into the pan the pour the juice ingredient refer in number 3.


  1. Cover the entire salmon with the juice, then wrap the salmon with foil and ready to baked 15 -20 mins. If you think the salmon is thin you can do 15 mins or else 20 mins.


  1. Serve hot
