Beef Stew in Pressure Cooker
for 20 mins
INGREDIENTS
1 lbs beef or 1 pack of beef
1 pack carrots
4 pcs medium size red potato
1 brunch of celery
1 cup beef broth
2 cups water
1 big can stew tomatoes
chopped onions
1 small can tomato paste
1 table spoon salt or season to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup cooking wine
DIRECTIONS
Season the beef with salt & black pepper set aside.
To start, select brown setting then put little oil once heated put the onions and stir ,then add the cubes/cut beef to mix each other and stir till turns brown.
Add red potatoes, carrots, celery, stew tomatoes.
Add cooking wine, tomato paste,water then mix together.
Cancelled the BROWN button, put the lid cover and lock the cover then select STEW button and set timer for 20 mins.
After 20 mins release the pressure and serve hot.
