Zuchinni Chocolate Muffins & Cake

INGREDIENTS


3 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

3 tsp ground cinnamon

3 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups white sugar

3 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups grated zuchinni

1 cup of hershey chocolate powder


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven 325 Farenheigt (165 celcius), spray the baking pan with butter or crisco.


  1. In a clean bowl add all purpose flour,salt, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, hershey chocolate powder and mix together. (Dry ingredients) Set aside.


  1. Pour oil, sugar and vanilla then beat eggs at a time and mix ,til it turns more thicker. Set aside


  1. Combine them together at a time then pour the zuchinni into refer the #3 , followed by the dry ingredients mixture then mix them together. Either you do by hand mix or a mixer.


  1. Pour batter into pans or muffins pans.


  1. Bake for 40-60 mins or until tester inserted comes out clean.


  1. Lastly cool in a rack for 20 mins before serving.
