Chicken Breast Italian with Cream of Mushrooms

Chicken Italian Seasoning with cream of mushrooms

3lbs chicken breast

salt &pepper season to taste

1 or 2 chicken cubes

1 cup chicken broth

1 can cream of mushrooms

1 can cooking wine

1/2 tbsp italian seasoning

1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Prepare the instant pot and add the chicken breast
Add minced garlic,chicken cubes,chopped onions, ground coriander, italian seasoning mixed with salt & pepper
Add cream of mushrooms, chicken broth ,cooking wine
Then closed the lid and make sure the lid tightly closed then select sealing position to pressure.
Select the button STEW button and cook for 30 mins
Release the pressure into venting position and wait till you hear a small click to open the pressure
After sliced the chicken as you wanted then serve.
