INGREDIENTS

3lbs chicken breast

salt &pepper season to taste

1 or 2 chicken cubes

1 cup chicken broth

1 can cream of mushrooms

1 can cooking wine

1/2 tbsp italian seasoning

1/2 tbsp minced garlic

DIRECTIONS

• Prepare the instant pot and add the chicken breast

• Add minced garlic,chicken cubes,chopped onions, ground coriander, italian seasoning mixed with salt & pepper

• Add cream of mushrooms, chicken broth ,cooking wine

• Then closed the lid and make sure the lid tightly closed then select sealing position to pressure.

• Select the button STEW button and cook for 30 mins

• Release the pressure into venting position and wait till you hear a small click to open the pressure

• After sliced the chicken as you wanted then serve.
