Burger Soup in Pressure Cooker

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 pack Carrots

  • 6 pcs sliced red potatoes

  • 1 tbsp of olive virgin oil

  • a brunch of celery

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • chopped onions

  • chopped bell pepper

  • 1 1/2 cup water

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 can stewed tomatoes

  • 1 cup beef stock

  • salt, ground coriander, black pepper, onion powder & sugar( seasoning mixture)


DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare the cooker and push the BROWN button and put oil once hot add onions followed by the ground beef to saute wait for few mins. Note don't simmer much the ground beef if you want to see more ground beef .

  2. Add bell pepper and the seasoning mixture or season to taste then soy sauce , beef stock, red potatoes, celery, carrots, water lastly a stewed tomatoes then cover the lid.

  3. Cancel the BROWN button then Select the STEW button for 20 mins.

  4. Once done get some liquid into the cup then add cornstarch to thicken the soup then serve or wait few mins then serve.
