Swiss Chard Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 SWISS CHARD brunch
olive oil
seasoning( salt,black pepper ,ground coriander )
1lb pork tenderlion
water
chopped onions
DIRECTIONS
Cut the swiss chard in sizes that you desire and separate the stem and the leaves, after wash it with water then set aside.
Cut the pork tenderlion sizes the you desire then set aside.
Prepare the pan with oil and once heated add the pork tendelion and saute then add the seasoning( salt,black pepper ,ground coriander ) , add little water then simmer for about 5-10 mins or more as the pork will become tender.
Add the stem swiss chard and mix them leave for 5 mins or more till the stem becomes tender.
Once tender add the swiss chard leaves then mixed them together then simmer for few mins then try to taste if you want to add more seasoning go ahead before getting it done and serve hot.
