Zuchinni cake


INGREDIENTS

3 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

3 tsp ground cinnamon

3 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups white sugar

3 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups grated zuchinni


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven 325 Farenheigt (165 celcius), spray the baking pan with butter or crisco.


  1. In a clean bowl add all purpose flour,salt, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon and mix together. Set aside.


  1. Pour oil, sugar and vanilla then beat eggs at a time and mix ,til it turns more thicker.


  1. Refer to number 2 and combine them together at a time then pour the zuchinni and mix together .Either you do by hand mix or a mixer


  1. Pour batter into pans.


  1. Bake for 40-60 mins or until tester inserted comes out clean.


  1. Lastly cool in a rack for 20 mins before serving.
