Porchop Lemon Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Gravy Sauce

  • 1 lemon

  • lemon pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3 spoonful sugar

  • 3 spoonful gravy

  • 1 spoonful cornstarch

  • 12 oz water

  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter

  • 12 pcs thin slice of Porchop

  • set aside another salt & lemon pepper to sprinkle the porchop

  • slice of lemon


A. DIRECTIONS

GRAVY SAUCE

  1. Cut the lemon into half & squeeze it to let the liquid out and take out the seeds throw it away.


  1. Add the sugar, salt, cornstarch & gravy then mix it then set aside.


B. DIRECTIONS

  1. Sprinkle the porchops with salt & lemon pepper front & back.


  1. Ready the pan into medium heat and put 1/4 of unsalted butter to be heated .It depends upon you if you put 1/2 cup unsalted butter but I do only 1/4 cup at a time.


  1. Once heated put the porchop and cover for 5-10 mins or til it turns brown and not burn and flip to the other side.


  1. Then once cooked transfer to a plate then repeat the number 1-3


  1. While waiting for the porchop to be done do the gravy sauce and pour into a sauce pan, stir it constanstly til it turns a bit thick then set a side.


  1. Finally porchop is done pour the gravy sauce on it and pour lemon too then serve warm.
