Pot-Roast with Fresh Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS
3lbs POT- ROAST
fresh mushroom
Celery
yellow potatoes
unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp each seasoning( (onion, powder,garlic powder ,season salt, pepper,parley flakes)
minced garlic
chopped onions
worcestershire sauce
beef stock
Pinot noir wine
3 tbsp cornstartch
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp gravy
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the Pot- Roast and tap to dry then set aside
Combine the seasoning (onion, powder,garlic powder ,season salt, pepper,parley flakes) then rub into the Pot- Roast
Ready the instant-pot add oil once its heated ,add the Pot- Roast to Saute 2 mins each side after done saute, take out and set aside.
Add the butter then the chopped onions to saute
Add minced garlic, worcestershire sauce,
Add the trivit, Pot- Poast, and the beef broth
Wrap the celery and potatoes with tin foil to prevent from smashing
Add the wine and fresh mushroom, then the celerry abd potatoes then cover the liquid to venting postion and cook for 60 mins
After take it out the celery and potatoes then the Pot-Roast, trivit
Slice the Pot-Roast as you like it.
Let the liquid boil while your preparing mixing the cornstarch and water together then add into the boiling liquid then the gravy to thicken the broth then add the celery and the potatoes w/o the foil then put the slice pot- roast and stir for 3 mins then ready to serve.
