Pot - Roast in Pressure Cooker

INGREDIENTS

2-1/2 cups Carrots

2-1/2 cups celery

6 meduim size potatoes

1 can mushroom soup family size

1 pouch of lepton onions mix

Salt & pepper

3lbs pit roast meat

DIRECTIONS

1. Put oil & meat brown the meat & season it.

2. Remove the meat when turns brown & remove excess oil in the cooker.

3. Pour the mushroom soup & onions soup mix ,add the rest of the ingredients then put the meat in top and closed the lid and cook it for 1 hr & 20 mins

4. When its done release the pressure then serve
